Cale’s expertise in the industry made him an expert project director for some of our most complex assignments, overseeing many moving parts to bring projects to a successful conclusion. Cale loves hard work and solving problems. His unflappable demeanor helps him pull off amazing things every day for our business and our clients. Cale is a champion of sustainability and committed to supporting a sustainable future at the individual, family and management level by pushing the team to take on a corporate initiative to become industry leaders in sustainable design.
