Speakers Details
We would like to represent you well on our website, social media and the IAAPA Connect + mobile app. For that reason could you fill in the speakers details form? Thank you!
We would appreciate if we could receive this information as soon as possible.
Speaker Agreement
The Speaker Agreement is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions for speakers participating in programs and events organized by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). By signing this agreement, speakers grant IAAPA a license to record, broadcast, and reproduce their presentations in any format while retaining the copyright to their work. The agreement also allows IAAPA to use the speaker's name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data for promotional purposes. Speakers must comply with all rules and deadlines set by IAAPA and ensure that their presentations and related materials do not infringe upon the rights of others or contain unlawful content. It is important to note that the agreement does not provide monetary compensation to speakers, but it also does not restrict speakers from using their presentations for their own professional or personal purposes.
We encourage you to review the Speaker Agreement thoroughly and reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Once you are ready to proceed, we will send you a digital copy of the agreement using DocuSign, a secure electronic signature platform. This will allow you to conveniently sign the document digitally, ensuring a seamless process.
Presentation Template and Format
The IAAPA Expo Europe 2024 PowerPoint template must be used.
