As I’m sure you are aware, ExCeL London Hospitality (ELH) is the official and sole provider for catering at ExCeL and hold the exclusive right to supply all food and beverages consumed on-site.

Stand Catering Drop
Our drop & go stand catering service can be viewed and ordered via our online webshop.
This service is only available to stands on the exhibition show floor and is not suitable for meeting rooms outside of the exhibition halls. Please note that this service does not include glassware, equipment or staffing and is designed to be self-service. Disposables can be ordered from the webshop under the ‘Equipment’ tab.
Stand Hospitality
Alternatively, our all-inclusive hospitality service offers a wide range of catering solutions which can be viewed in the attached menu planner. All prices are inclusive of glassware, crockery, equipment and an element of staffing to deliver your service. This service is suitable for any location (space permitting) within the venue.

Exhibitor Hospitality Orders:
- Minimum catering orders – Friday 19th August 2022
- Final catering orders – Friday 2nd September 2022
- 100% pre-payment – Monday 5th September 2022
Exhibitor Stand Catering Web Shop Orders:
- Early Bird rates – Tuesday 30th August 2022
- Standard rates – Friday 9th September 2022
- After the 9th September a limited offering will still be available to purchase online up to and during the live event.
