  * Space Only does not include any booth equipment, partition walls or supplies. Allows for custom-built stand design.
** The Shell Scheme includes partition walls to neighboring booths, carpet, company nameboard, basic electricity and lighting.

Pricing does not include 21% VAT which will be applicable only for companies based in Belgium or EU companies without registered company VAT numbers.

Please note:

Corner booths are only available for companies purchasing 36 square meters or more unless smaller corner locations may result from previous booth assignments on the same island, building structures or along the perimeter of the hall.
Height restrictions of 2.5m will apply to all linear exhibit space that is three (3) meters deep as per IAAPA's rules and regulations.

***TABLETOPS
Tabletop Exhibits are an economical way to showcase your company's products and services.
This 3x2m exhibit package will include carpet, back wall, company nameboard, one counter/high table & high stool, lighting and basic electricity for a flat member/ nonmember rate.
No booth space included for product display or banners/pop-ups.
Only items that fit on the counter are permitted.
Limited to one tabletop/counter per company, not available in addition to regular booth.
