More and more parks, resorts, FECs and attractions have started offering both before and after-hours openings to maximise the use of their venues and expand upon the range of experiences available to guests. How do we design for these nighttime and early-morning pre-opening experiences? And how do we ensure that they stay true to an outstanding guest experience no matter what time of day, without missing a beat?
