Description
Finance optimization and guest experience constitute an intriguing area of tension, which is very specific to our industry. As fast-growing theme park, our desire in understanding park performance is increasing, partially in order to optimize our daily operations. We would like to share more about the tensions and challenges we see and want to approach, the associated insights, and ultimately how we are trying to move through this journey.
