A 45 year veteran of the Theme Park industry, Terry is the V.P of Food for Silver Dollar City in Branson Missouri. Since 2002, he has served four times on the IAAPA Food and Beverage sub committee earning the distinction of becoming an IAAPA Certified Executive along the way. He served as F & B committee Chairman from 2017-2019. Through his 27 year tenure as Director/V.P., Silver Dollar City Food Service has earned a reputation for unmatched innovation, exceptional food presentation, crowd-pleasing festivals, and an intensely loyal fan base. A recognized presenter and trendsetter his team has won numerous industry awards, including two IAAPA Brass ring awards for product innovation, and the 2019 Southwest Missouri Restaurant Association icon award for enhancing business ethics and Restaurant experiences. Terry continues to be involved in developing industry learning/training standards for Attractions Food Service.
