Speakers
Hugo Loyola Maureira
Hugo is a Mechanical Engineer with over 18 years of experience in the field. A graduate of Santiago de Chile University, Hugo has worked for both national and multinational organizations related to amusement parks, mining, construction, manufacturing, food processing, and industrial engineering. His previous roles include Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Quality Manager.
A supporter of industry education, Hugo is a volunteer instructor for AIMS, has served as a faculty member for IAAPA’s Institute for Attractions Managers program, spoke at IAAPA Entertainment Industry Conference, and has developed online operational safety curriculum for IAAPA’s Global Professional Development department. Additionally, Hugo serves as a member of IAAPA’s Facility Operations Sub-Committee.
