Weiming Lin Ph.D
Dr. Lin joined Chimelong Group in 2016 as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer. Prior to that, Dr. Lin was the Director of Amusement Department of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute (CSEI).

Phil Hong is the Safety Director at Shanghai Disney Resort. Phil has more than 20 years of field experience and rich corporate safety management experience in the construction, chemical, manufacturing and theme park industries.
洪飞,上海迪士尼度假区(SHDR),安全总监,在建筑,化工,制造和主题公园等行业拥有超过20年的现场经验和丰富的企业安全管理经验。
In 2011, Phil joined Walt Disney Imagineering in the early stage of the construction of the Shanghai Disney Resort project as senior manager of safety and health. He was responsible for establishing Shanghai Disney Resort’s Safety and Health Management System based on Disney’s global safety standards and local best safety practices, and leading the implementation to ensure the health and safety of all on-site project team members.
2011年,在上海迪士尼度假区项目建设初期阶段加入公司,担任华特迪士尼幻想工程安全与健康资深经理,主要负责建立并领导执行基于迪士尼全球安全标准及当地最佳安全实践的上海迪士尼项目安全与健康管理体系以确保上万名项目参与者在现场安全和健康的工作和生活。
Phil transferred to operation team in 2015 as the Senior Manager of Safety, Fire and Health Services. He was mainly responsible for the establishment of SHDR’s Safety, Fire and Emergency Response Team, and the development and implementation of Shanghai Disney’s safety management system and procedures to ensure the success Grand Opening of Shanghai Disney Resort, and the park’s continuous safe operation.

Rigao Huang
Rigao Huang, Senior manager of Ride and Show Engineering at Shanghai Disney Resort, has more than 20 years of technical management experience in the electrical, automation, project management and theme park industries.
Rigao joined the Shanghai Disney Resort in November 2015. Since then, he has played a key role to achieve multiple milestones in the park. Rigao acts as a senior manager in the Ride and Show Engineering team, managing the sustaining engineer teams include mechanical, electrical, software and others, QAQC and quality engineering teams, as well as training and CMMS teams. Rigao led the team to startup multiple large-scale amusement equipment, enhance guest experience, and continuously improve the data management system for park maintenance and operation.
Rigao holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and information systems from Sichuan University, and a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Worcester Institute of Technology (WPI).
Alan Kwok
Alan Kwok is the Director of Park Operations at Shanghai Disney Resort, leading a team of over 2,000 Cast Members. He is a veteran operations leader, with over 15 years of work experience at both Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Shanghai Disney Resort.
Alan’s Disney career began in 2004 as a core member of the opening team at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Initially hired as a Duty Manager, Alan’s responsibilities rapidly expanded, and in 2008 he was named the resort’s Manager of Security Operations.
Alan officially joined Shanghai Disney Resort in 2013 as the Director of Park Operations and again served as a key member of the resort’s opening team. In his current role, Alan manages Duty Manager Operations, Attractions Operations, Guest Arrival Experience, Custodial Operations, Park Event and Guest Flow Operations, and Park Operations Compliance, leading his team to provide every guest with world-class service during their time at Shanghai Disneyland.
Alan has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Daniel Ni
Daniel Ni is the Assistant President and General Manager of Engineering Property Center at Sunac Culture Travel Development Group. Daniel oversees the group’s property engineering and safety supervision. In his current role, he manages pre-opening implementations, post-opening property engineering and management, and safety supervision for full cycle of construction and operations. Sunac’s current culture and tourism projects include indoor and outdoor amusement parks, water parks, sports parks, aquariums, ski parks, tourism town, hotels, convention centers and other commercial properties.
Prior to joining Sunac, Daniel was involved in pre-opening implementation and operations for over 10 Wanda’s culture and tourism complexes. During that time, he established a comprehensive facility safety management system. In addition, he has worked in the aviation industry for nearly 20 years and has held important positions in well-known companies such as Shanghai Boeing and Xiamen Taikoo Aircraft. He has a deep understanding and rich practical experience in the maintenance and safety management of complex equipment such as aircraft.
Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Xian Jiaotong University and an MBA from Xiamen University.
