Marie Weissbach is a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Munich with a Master’s in Applied Business Innovation and a Bachelor’s in Tourism Management. Her research, titled "Beyond POP: How Theme Parks Innovate Revenue Streams Beyond Physical Expansion", examines emerging revenue management strategies in the global theme park industry. With professional experience in consultancy, market research, and business innovation, Marie has worked with industry leaders such as Disney and MSC Cruises, where she is currently employed as an Analyst for Business Planning & Pricing. She is passionate about helping attractions diversify their revenue streams and enhance the guest experience through innovative business strategies. Marie regularly engages with industry professionals through IAAPA and related events.
