Chef Nicole established her consulting firm, Elements Hospitality, to specialize in Management Contracts for Food & Beverage Operations.  She has developed a phased approach with customized processes and procedures to each fit each client's specific needs.  Her approach significantly impacts bottom-line profits such that she has doubled the bottom line on every facility she has managed.  

Chef Nicole’s wide variety of experiences in the Food and Beverage industry has provided a tremendous foundation to achieve these great results for her clients. She was the head chef for the Food and Beverage Concept and Development team for Disney.  In addition, she was a Sous Chef in a Michelin Restaurant.  Chef Nicole expanded her food & beverage expertise by owning a catering company in Los Angeles for weddings and large events.  She has also consulted for over 30 seasonal operations as well as advising hundreds of food and beverage operations.

With over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, Alexander serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Alcorn McBride, a leading manufacturer of show control, audio, and video equipment for the themed entertainment industry. In this role, he provides strategic recommendations to the executive management team and advise on long-term business and financial planning including setting and benchmarking performance metrics, leading a fantastic accounting and finance team, championing new initiatives, and secure resources for growth. He enjoys establishing and growing relationships with vendors, customers, industry partners, and banking institutions, and is passionate about the design process in both physical and conceptual spaces. Wasson is a proud double University of Central Florida alumnus and alumnus of the University of Florida.
