What is IAAPA FEC Summit?

IAAPA FEC Summit is the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry’s premier event to grow your business, promote your career, and get inspired. Is it safe to attend IAAPA FEC Summit?

The health and safety of IAAPA FEC Summit attendees, sponsors and the IAAPA team is our number-one priority. We are working closely with our venue partner, We-Ko-Pa Resort Casino Resort, to ensure we present an event that meets all recommended health and safety requirements. IAAPA will follow the latest CDC guidance and recommendations for large groups and meetings from the local government and resort policy. 

In addition, IAAPA will provide masks and ensure sanitizing stations are available in various areas of the event.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Starting in January 2022, if an attendee is prevented from participating in IAAPA FEC Summit 2022 due to governmental order or regulation (e.g., stay-at-home order or government-imposed travel ban) in effect over the dates of the Summit, attendees can receive a full refund of registration fees and special event tickets. Attendees must provide written notice of such cancellation to IAAPA, including reference to the specific governmental order or regulation preventing participation. 
Refunds will only be processed on applicable registration fees, less a US$25 processing fee. IAAPA will assess additional requests due to unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Will IAAPA require attendees to wear masks during IAAPA FEC Summit?

All individuals will be required to wear a face covering while on FEC Summit transportation. Any individual who is not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a face covering while inside at the hotel or inside at Summit-related events. IAAPA recommends a face covering for vaccinated individuals, as well.   

When not wearing a mask, it is recommended to maintain appropriate physical distancing. Complimentary masks will be available for those that need one. Face coverings should:
•    Be made with at least 2 layers of breathable material
•    Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin
•    Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
•    Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the attendee to remain hands-free
•    Neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable forms of face coverings

I am a non-sponsoring manufacturer & supplier, can I attend the event?

There is a flat registration rate for non-sponsoring manufacturer & supplier attendees as an education-only attendee. Registration fee includes admission for one non-sponsoring manufacturer, supplier and/or consultant bringing two qualified facility operators (must be an owner or senior manager of a Family Entertainment Center). Limited availability.
Please note any non-exhibiting manufacturer & supplier who is observed to be soliciting business during the event, will be asked to return its badge and leave the event immediately.

Are children, spouses and/or partners allowed at IAAPA FEC Summit?

IAAPA FEC Summit is a business event and by such, is not accessible to attendees under 18 years. The summit program access is limited to attendees and exhibitors only. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 regulations and while IAAPA’s goal is to create a healthy ration between suppliers and operators, participation of spouse/partner is subjected to availability. An attendee fee will be charged.
