Before starting Dream Leadership Consulting, Dan was the facilitator of the Dreaming Program at Infusionsoft, a small software company located in Chandler, Arizona. In this role, he assisted employees in identifying, expressing, and achieving their dreams. Through this work, Dan has developed a talent for helping individuals discover their own dreams and learn how to pursue them. His practical approach to dreaming acknowledges that dreaming is not a quick fix, but rather a new way of considering our capacity to create.
