Tim Kelly

Timothy M. Kelly is Property President of City of Dreams, Macau. Tim brings with him extensive experience 
in luxury hospitality and resort management, and oversees strategy, operations, commercial and special 
projects at City of Dreams, Macau.

Previously, Tim was President of Atlantis Global for Kerzner International in Dubai. In this role, Tim 
oversaw the strategic direction for the company’s development across multiple locations, including 
creating and leading the launch of Atlantis The Royal which was recognized as one of the “World’s 50 Best 
Hotels”. His leadership transformed Atlantis Dubai into a renowned destination for gastronomy to feature 
the largest collection of celebrity chef brands. Prior to this, Tim also held senior roles at Wynn Palace 
Macau and MGM Grand Las Vegas.
