Stephanie Serago

Stephanie Serago, ICAE is the Senior Manager, North America Membership for IAAPA North America, where she works with attractions industry professionals to grow and strengthen IAAPA’s member community and connect organizations with valuable industry resources, events, and networking opportunities.

Prior to joining IAAPA, Stephanie spent 10 years as an Attractions Manager at Dollywood, where she oversaw park operations and guest experience, bringing a strong operations perspective to her work supporting the attractions industry.
