He translates complex data into practical insights that elevate the guest experience and optimize operational decisions. Combining early frontline roles at Phantasialand and Tripsdrill with academic research for his AI master's degree at the University of Liverpool, he bridges the gap between guest research, analytics and data science, while also spearheading the resort's internal AI integration.
