Merve Timurlenk Sengul

Merve Timurlenk Şengül is a business strategist and entrepreneur in the family entertainment industry. She holds a degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University, a master’s degree in management Optimization from Boğaziçi University, and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Yeditepe University, focusing on organizational efficiency and operational systems.

She began her career leading process optimization and ERP integration projects at YPU Yapı Proje Uygulama, where she worked on improving organizational structures and operational performance.

In 2019, she co-founded HUPALUPA and has since played a key role in the brand’s strategic growth and business development. As a Board Member, she leads initiatives focused on new concepts, partnerships, and the expansion of the brand into formats such as HUPALUPA GO, HUPALUPA EXPO, and HUPALUPA STORE. 

Her work centers on building sustainable entertainment businesses, developing new experiences for families, and scaling the HUPALUPA brand within the regional leisure and entertainment market.
