IAAPA APAC Summit FAQs

IAAPA APAC summit is a two-day event filled with insightful panels, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities for global attractions industry professionals. The event will take place 20-21 Aug, 2023 in Danang, Vietnam.

The registration fee for the Summit does not include accommodation. We have selected the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa as the official hotel for the event. Attendees of the event will be able to enjoy a special rate for room booking. Whether or not a visa is required for entry into Vietnam depends on the your nationality and the length of their stay. It's best to check with the nearest Vietnamese embassy or consulate to determine the specific visa requirements for your situation.

For the event, the dress code is smart casual. With high temperatures and minimal fluctuations in Danang, it is advisable to pack lightweight clothing.

IAAPA APAC Summit is a business event. No one under the age of 18 may take part. Access to the program is limited to attendees only. The participation of spouse/partner will require an additional registration fee.

We recommend all attendees settle the registration payment with credit cards. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, we will send you an invoice in 10 working days. Please settle the payment within 7 working days of receipt to confirm this registration.
