With 8 years of experience in education, Feras specializes in capability development and human capital capacity building across the full learning lifecycle — from onboarding and operational certification to leadership development — with a particular focus on scalable, AI-native learning systems built for high-volume park operations.

He is a certified Training of Trainers (TOT) facilitator and Lifeguard Instructor, and holds the Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) designation. Feras is honored to contribute to IAAPA's Education Committee and to help advance operational training standards across the global attractions industry.
