BMI Leisure provides all-in-one software solutions for karting centers, Family Entertainment centers and trampoline parks worldwide, including venue management (bookings, point of sales,reporting,...) and fully integrated activity management software for karting tracks (timing, race control,..), trampoline (bracelets,..) and many other leisure activities.
Our story
BMI Leisure, founded in 2000 as SMS-Timing, initially focused on providing operational software for go-karting tracks. Over time, the software evolved into a full ERP solution, optimizing all aspects of karting center operations, with the company expanding its focus beyond timing to include CRM and marketing automation. The software has been continuously updated and is now a modular, all-in-one solution, serving the entertainment industry for over 15 years. BMI Leisure's close collaboration with clients, such as De Voltage in the Netherlands, has helped optimize the product for multi-activity centers. Its success in international markets like the US and UK has led to the development of advanced features for multi-venue clients. Since rebranding in 2020, the company's growth has accelerated, with annual recurring revenues more than doubling, and its presence now spans over 70 countries.
Our software
Most of our current functionality includes the management of core operational processes like booking, POS, and waiver management, along with standard reporting features. Our expansion package adds critical tools such as online booking, CRM & marketing automation, and back-office features for group bookings and invoicing. Advanced functionalities like centralized reporting, mobile app integration, and F&B management are also available, while Self-Serve Kiosks can be added for further efficiency. For karting, we offer an additional module that enhances safety and introduces gamified experiences. Additionally, we provide specialized functionality for trampoline parks, including bracelet and access control systems, as well as arcade support with cashless payments and user profiles. Multi-venue clients benefit from centralized management of bookings, reporting, and tasks across locations, ensuring seamless guest experiences. With 300+ third-party integrations, our system supports a wide range of activities and global operational needs.
