Saturday 27 September 2008
6pm – 9pm - Welcome Reception at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel: Join other industry professionals for networking at the world famous Bayerischer Hof Hotel which was opened in 1841 at the request of King Ludwig I who wanted a comfortable place for his guests to stay.
Sunday 28 September 2008
9am – 3:30pm - Salzburg Tour: After a guided bus tour to Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace, you discover the wonderful old city. Enjoy lunch in one of the most traditional restaurants in Salzburg, the Stiftskeller.
8:30am – 3:30pm - Fairytale Castles Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau & the Romantic King Ludwig II Tour: Dive into the fairytale world of illusion and romance of King Ludwig II on this fascinating tour. Neuschwanstein is one of the most popular of all the palaces and castles in Europe. After visiting both romantic castle, you will enjoy a tasty lunch at "Schlossanger Alp" with a wonderful view of the Alps.
10am – 2pm - Munich’s BMW Welt and Allianz Arena Modern Architecture Tour:
The Allianz Arena and the newly built BMW Welt mark milestones in the history of modern architecture. Explore these unique arenas including a film presentation and a delicious lunch.
5:30pm – midnight – Oktoberfest, Kuffler Wine Tent: Enjoy the sights, sounds and spectacle of the world-famous Oktoberfest at one of the most famous wine tents.

10am – 2pm - Munich’s BMW Welt and Allianz Arena Modern Architecture Tour
10:30am – 2pm – BMW Museum and Olympiapark Tour: Experience Munich during a guided city tour and visit the BMW Museum and Olympiapark. After exploring the history of the traditional car brand BMW you can have a fantastic look over Munich and its surroundings from the Olympiatower.
4:30pm - 11pm - Maurer Söhne Factory Tour & Reception: Maurer Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1876 in Munich, is one of the leading companies in the steel-construction, mechanical engineering and plant engineering sector. Transportation will be provided.

Registration cancellations or requests for refund received in writing by September 19 will be entitled to a refund up to the total amount paid.

Registration Transfers
If you cannot attend, your paid registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a letter authorizing the transfer. The letter must be signed by the party who made the original payment. The letter may be submitted by September 19th.
