Digital Booth Updates

Making the most out of your Digital Booth on IAAPA’s Virtual Trade Show

Be sure to take advantage of IAAPA's Virtual Trade Show Program with a more enhanced Exhibitor Listing and Floor Plan to help attendees better navigate Asian Attractions Expo 2010. Each exhibiting company has a basic profile which lists your company name, contact information, limited company profile (20 words), company website and your booth location on the floor plan. 

Follow these steps to Log In and Update your information.

1.  LOG IN to your Digital Booth Profile HERE to make edits and update your information.

2.  Find your company in the list and highlight it with your mouse. 

3.  Enter your password, which is your IAAPA Company Member ID.  Please note: If this is your first time logging in you will need to change your password before you can make any changes to your profile.

Once Logged in you should see a screen that looks like this:

4.  Click on Business Card : The information entered here will appear at the top of your digital booth. It provides attendees with general contact information for your company.  Make any edits to this area and click SAVE.  Once saved, Click HOME at the top right of the screen to take you back to the main edit page.

5.  Next click on Company Profile.  On the next screen you will have a box where you can enter your 100 word company profile.  Be sure to enter and keywords that your customers might use to search for your company.  For example, if you sell bumper boats, make sure that you have “bumper boats” somewhere in your profile.  At the bottom of this screen you can enter your company’s website url.  Once finished, click Save and go back to HOME.

6.  Click on Categories and select up to 4 of the product or service categories that best fit your company. Visitors will be able to locate your company by browsing categories and your selected categories will appear in your digital booth.  Once done click SAVE and go back to HOME.

7.  Next, click on Booth Contacts.  The contacts entered here will appear in your digital booth. These can be people who will be at the show or key contacts for your company.  Once done, click SAVE and go back to HOME.

Note: Entering contacts here does not register booth staff for the event.

8.  The final step is to click on Administrative Contact.  The information entered here will not be displayed anywhere in your digital booth. This information is provided to the show organizer only, for administrative purposes.  Once done click SAVE and go back to HOME.
